windshield trim

I just about have my donor truck truck torn apart and one thing left that I think I want to take off is the chrome trim around the windshield.

Do I have to remove the windshield to get the trim out of the groove in the rubber shield?

Hi Jeff, Yes you do. You will bend it otherwise.

You'll have to cut the rubber to get the old windshield out. Once out, the trim will pull out very easily.
