I didn't see any provision for heating/coolant. Of course one could use the heated spacer trick.
It looks cheap because it still has 4 days on the auction. You can bet that 5 minutes before it closes the price will jump over $200 ... for an intake that no one knows anything about.
I found an old post by FTF over on Fordsix: That manifold was developed for boat racing and gives best results above 4000 RPM, where it was designed to operate. Multiple carburetor intakes work better on land-based performance vehicles.
