EGR unpluged?
I understand why people do not want to believe this, but it is just the way it is. Adjusting the fueling tables, increasing cylinder pressures, changing the loads on both the engine and transmission = significantly modified.
My exact statement was a "FORD TECH offering you his expertise". As in the post above said - the signatures are there for a reason. If you are just now being surprised at getting a variety of opinions (especially over the internet) that you have to sort out, then you will indeed be frustrated w/ your 6.0L (if not now, then eventually) - at least until you determine a way to identify the ones that you can depend on. These forums give you access to TONS more information than you can ever get from just going to a dealership and dropping off the vehicle. Use it, enjoy it and add-to-it ......... no need to just "fall back into the world of silent lurking and reading".
