AE Throttle position

AE Throttle position
I just got my Auto Enginuity package and running some tests on my 99.5 7.3. Everything runs great, no codes etc, the one thing that I found weird is that the accelerator position % is 10 at rest and maxes out at 73.7% to the floor. Does this jive with what others are seeing? There is nothing blocking the pedal and it seems to move freely.
Any help would be great.

AE is awesome, my wife's POS Montana had an issue, so I went ahead and got AE with Ford bundle of course! Just playin around trying to figure out all the functions.
