Wow thanks for the link Mr. CMK. I found the link to Chevy Enthusiasts, but no reply. The people on here, whether it's the IDI or PSD folks are the best people in the world. I just hope you won't hold it against me for having the soft spot in my heart (head) for a 350.

If they are trying to allign it on a computer rack theres your problem. The allignment shop here in town had a computer rack and he said it after calibration it could be off with the next vehicle so they don't have a computer rack anymore. This is the shop that the other 5 shops in town take their cars set on their computer racks to and have them checked with the old school dials. Tried a place with a computer rack and my tires didn't like it.

You obviously did not read the link I provided. Knocking out the slots is akin to replacing alignment bushings.
