Starting issues..

Does it hurt anything or whats the deal with that.. from my understanding replace the fuel filter- fill it with diesel kleen and dump the rest in the tanks? Let it sit or what?

After going to bed, the next day. Drive it around. And kinda push the engine a little bit, this is what a mechanic in our unit told me. He owned an IDI for 16 years, and was a HMMMV mechanic for 10 of those years, HMMMVs use the same style fuel system, which is why I trust his advice.
