What's the trick to sealing stainless on stainless plumbing? I'm having a hell of a time trying!

Tig weld? What's the application? Gasoila from Guzzle works pretty good on threaded items.

Tape

If you are doing residential plumbing, good old teflon tape works well.

It's threaded coming off a hot water tank. This has got me more frustrated than my truck!

teflon

give the male portion 3 or 4 good wraps with teflon tape, make sure you wrap in the same direction as you will be threading to prevent binding.
