Hey guys thank for responding its a 2001 Navigator and it is stuck and wont engage. If i press the button really quick it finally engages and starts but. what use to be every other week is now every other day.
That sounds like it may be a poor connection in the circut. I suggest that you inspect and clean every wire connection from the battery to the starter switch/button and then to the starter and don't overlook the ground wires. Look at the woven wire strap between the solenoid on the starter to the starter main body. I found a broken one on my Expedition that had starting problems when I bought it.
