I did a quick google search and nothing popped up.
I think was Extensive metal work in TX that did a GMC CC with the suicide doors like a extended cab. I would look for that truck to get some ideas. As there were a few write-up on it.

I have an f250ld which has them, and I don't think it would be too terribly difficult. I think the hardest part will be creating the door jam, and the latch..
I want a supercab because I want to build a sub box on the bottom of the back seat, and then make it a shelf so I can still throw things up there... Only downside would be no real access to it unless I make the doors..
I would source another cab's jamb and doors, and graft the spare door inner shell to your super cab outer skin. Then graft the donor cab's jamb to your cab, so it looks and works like factory. Source the mechanicals from a newer super duty supercab. I like the idea.
Ya i had this idea a while back and decided it wouldnt be worth the effort. Then again i may change my mind again in a couple months and do it lol.. if so i planned on finding a 92-97 truck and pulling the goods off of it and basically graft my would be rear door skin onto it. Would really add some utility to the back seat, especailly with the seat folded down.
Oreocreaming on the IDI forum just made his crew cab suicide doors in the back, you guys might check it out. I would post a link but im goin to bed haha.
I had a buddy in college that was in the middle of doing exactly this. He started with two regular cabs to make the stretch and said something about using ford van hinges for the extended cab doors. What I can remember is that it sure looked like a LOT of body work to make it happen. He had taken two pairs of doors (one pair to make a single short door) and sectioned them down until they fit the normal supercab rear windows. Never did see how he got the rear or forward doors to latch though.
I have a picture on disc somewhere of a 4x4 that started as a crewcab short bed. The fella added on the supercab back half & chopped the bed down to mini size. If I can find it, I will post it.
