I have the same truck with the same problem. I replaced both fuel pumps, filters, pressure regulator, map sensor, TPS, oxygen sensor. Nothing fixed the problem. I finally decided I would study the chiltons manual, just replacing parts without knowing can get expensive real quick. The problem finally turned out to be the dual function reservoir. There is any easy test described in the manual, to see if thats the problem. Mine failed the test. Runs great now. I took the valve apart after I ordered the new one, and sure enough some of the o rings in the valve had come apart.
