Slow Speedometer
My speedometer doesn't start moving until I'm going around 10mph, then it stays about 10mph slow after that.
I'm thinking it's a lubrication issue.
What do yall think?.....and.....what lubricant is best to use?

Sounds like a speedo problem, not a cable problem.
The 10mph 'slippage' you are trying to track down happens in the speedo, not in the cable.
Yes, you can change the reading on the speedo with a different gear in the tranny, but that doesn't sound like that fits the symptoms you have described.
