I didn't notice much, maybe a little smoother idle? The biggest thing I see with it is 2 more o-rings to leak and yes 1 did on me about 8 months after I installed it. I thought about taking it off and putting the old plugs back in. But I just put new o-rings on it and will see how long they last. It has to help right its a mod

I have looking to do the HPX mod myself but I am on the fence with who's HPX line to use. I am leaning towards Clay/ Riffraff but I see there are alot of different ones out there. Can you guys weigh in on who you used??

I wish I knew , I got mine from someone who was selling their truck. It was on his truck for a few months. I forgot to ask where he got it.
I looks just like Clays, but has a slight "V" bend in the middle to clear the turbo. Guess I should have taken a pic before I installed it...

That sounds like Clay's Frank, I have it sitting on the cowl of my truck waiting right now.

IIRC, the stock oil gallery plugs had o-rings as well.

I bought mine from Clay just because I was buying a bunch of other stuff also from him.

Your correct they do. But I never had a leak with them in 10 years. Maybe its how I installed the SS HPX I bought mine from Clay and its as good as it gets but one of the o-rings still failed and it leaked. I have seen a few that had leaks with a HPX and just put the old plugs back in.
