Aftermarket alternative conversions in California require CARB Executive Order certified systems. See Can I convert a vehicle in California?
I believe the Prins VSI and Technocarb SVIS are the only aftermarket CNG conversions for V10 engines.

i got a excursion 2000 6.8 v10. when this car was 1 year old it got innstaled a technocarb propane system. the car has rolled now 275.000km no problems at all
have a switch so i can choose to run propane(lpg) or standard gasoline.
my car has a 160litre tank behind the second seat row.
i live in norway, gasoline cost is innsane here, propane is about half the price of gasoline.
