Like the title states: 02 ford ccsb 4x4, just turned 47000 miles. Im an ex Duramax owner! Please dont hold that against me LOL. Anyway's im gonna be lurking quite a bit on this forum trying to learn the terminology the Ford guys use. Completly clueless. BTW my Ford compared to my Duramaxes 02, and 06. is night and day. Love the straight axle in front. Just seems like a really stout truck. I'll get pics up one of these days. Thanks for everyone's time!!!!
Congrats and Welcome aboard. The only thing we ask is that you check in here first before taking your baby to the dealer or some rinky dink shop.. FTE has a bunch of knowledgeable, fun and friendly bunch of folks.
Come to think of it. I wanted to bring this up.. We should start a sticky on the $ that has been saved by FTE Vs taking it to the shop. I bet it is BoooKooo Buckers !.

Just saved a bundle by doing o rings on my injectors myself. Stealership probably would have thrown new sticks in. I knew nothing when I first came to FTE. never would have attempted the fix before.
Welcome to FTE. I thought my truck had low miles when I got it, 89K. But 47K WOW!! Like said above theres a lot of knowledge here and well save each other a bundle more often than not.... Untill the PMS sets in then we make up for it and help you spend all of your money
You got yourself a great truck. Where are you located? Maybe if you are close to one of the other guys here, you could hook up with them for a title GTG.
Thank you everyone for your replies. This is a really great forum compared to sum of the Duramax forums i was on. Every one seems really laid back and down to earth, not to mention willing to help if the need arises. I really appreciate it, and im honored to be welcomed in to Ford brotherhood of truck ownership.
welcome to the 7.3 side of FTE. we are a Brotherhood. we help one another even if we happen to be halfway across the country or for that matter across the world. No question is to dumb, shoot, we've all ask them! tell us about yourself and your new "baby"
also check out the Roadside Help Network. its a bunch of us that joined together to help each other if we happen to be broke down away from home, or just want someone to share a beverage with as we pass through town.
