What does removing EGR valve do?
I sam someone mention blocking off the EGR valve, what does it do for the truck. My 95 has some hesitation after it is warmed up, and a friend of mine said the EGR valve could be the problem, as I have already replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil, cap and rotor, fuel filter, hosed out the throttle body, and replaced the upper plenum gasket, not to mention running numerous bottles of injector cleaner through it. Would blocking off the EGR help, or would I still need to replace it?
