winch mounted bumpers

Just started looking at bumpers, bull bars & brush guards to mount a winch on. Does any one have pic's of there winch mounts or know a good set up. I don't want to put a 400lb ranch hand on the front, I was looking to get a smaller mount, but all the one's I have seen don't look very good. I saw someone on the board with a hide a winch mount that looked good, but I can't seem to find their gallery. Any ideas or pic's.

Thanks

I have a hidden mount on mine, looks good, a pain to install and you loose the fog lamps. I have a few pictures on my link, if you want a specific shot I can take it and email it to you, no problem at all

Whats wrong with the ranchhand at least you know you get you $$ worth. IMO have you looked at the ranchhand bullnose not sure if they are winch ready yet, but they are always willing to fabricate new products.

Domenic- That set up looks great, I like the hidden winch idea. How much front spacing does it require for you to put on the bumper, and does the spacers and all hardware come in the kit with the winch. It looks like your bumper is up 3-4 inches. I was thinking of doing the hidden hitch and then putting a Bull bar on, assuming that it will fit properly. That hanger kit I put on the front end (same as your edge, just trailmaster)exposes some lines comming out of the bottom of the radiator so I want to put something there to protect them. Any ideas on that let me know.

The bull nose(awesome product, but) will still add 300-350lbs to the front end, and I don't want to add that much weight. A bull bar or small winch mounts only add 75-125lbs, and I like to OEm crome bumper.

The bumper attaches to the winch mount, bumper is moved about 5" foward and skirting installed to hide the gaps. I don't remember any exposed hose's other than the power steering cooler hoses. The ps cooler has to be relocated to the upper radiator area and longer hoses installed. It didn't add very much weight to the front, not enough to effect the spring ride height. And it looks as stated semi-hidden. I would recommend the system

The winch and semi-hidden mount add about 250 lbs to the front end. If you have a 99 or 2000 model, it will substantially increase the ridgidity of the bumper (although it's still paper thin metal).
I like the set up (and have it on one of my trucks), but it's really a pain to install. (took me like 6 hours alone) a helper would have been nice.
