NEED HELP
I have a freeze plug problem and Auto Zone is telling me I have 3 and my friends who owns a ford says 8. I found 4 does anyone have a diagram. I own a 1986 F250 with a 460 engine. Automatic Transmission. please help.

The parts catalog doesn't have a real good depiction of this; the LH side is hidden by the
exhaust manifold, the RH side seems to imply it has two on that side unless there is one
hidden in the middle. You really need a 460 owner to confirm for you.

A 460 has 3 expansion plugs on each side total of 6 the ones on the end arn't to bad to get but the 2 under the motor mounts will test your patience for sure. You will have to remove the motor mounts to acess them
