Fuel Pump Issue?

Month ago put 5gals of gas in my truck...gave me bout 8 gallons. 10 miles later she bogged down on me n' idled for bout 30seconds and quit. Replaced fuel filter and sending unit in tank last summer. Turn the key on n' u can hear the pump in the tank whirr for bout 4-5 seconds. Figured probably got some bad gas. Took the fuel filter off and sure nuff it was loaded with water. Course hadn't changed it in a couple of years. Put a new filter on it and put 5 more gallons of gas with 2 bottles of STP GAS TREATMENT in it(Enough for over 40 gallons) She cranked up and ran perfect. A week later i went to town(30 miles round trip)ran smooth as glass. Then started ta town yesterday n' got bout half a mile down the road and she did the same thing again. Bogged down idled for a few seconds and quit. Turned the key on and pushed the schrader valve down on the fuel rail and it didn't even dribble...NO PRESSURE AT ALL. Pulled the supply line off the pressure regulator and dropped it down beside the engine...turned the key on and watched the line and got a light stream of gas for bout 5 seconds. Actually more like a dribble. Was more like gravity was pullin' it out instead of it being pumped...sure wasn't any 40lbs. With that high pressure pump on the frame shouldn't that fuel spurt out of the line under pressure in a steady stream? Gonna pull the codes on it after while just outta curiousity. Any ideas or suggestions would really be appreciated.
