terms and conditions of the user agreement without prior notice
to the user. Notice of changes in the Acceptable Use Policy will
be placed the "Site Announcements" forum of the message boards.

Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes

No Advertising

Posting commercial solicitations, advertisements, multi-level
marketing, competitive commercial web sites, phone numbers, web
site addresses, photos, testimonials or other content promoting a
business in which you are involved is strictly forbidden and will
result in immediate and possibly permanent revocation of your
posting privileges. This includes promotion of companies in
return for discounts, favors, free products, etc.

Vendors who are paying advertisers may include a web address,
mailing address and phone number in their signature and may
respond to questions about their products in a non-promotional
matter. Vendors and dealers may not post misleading or false
information. We reserve the right to edit or remove postings
which promote a vendor's pricing. Vendors who do not contribute
to Ford Truck Enthusiasts or otherwise sponsor the site are
prohibited from using our site to promote or support their
products or services.

We reserve the right to remove or edit posts which promote web
sites or companies which compete with product offerings in our
online store, www.MotorHaven.com. Our online store is our source
of income and without it we would not be able to provide our site
for free.

For personal items for sale or trade, please use the Classifieds
section on this site. Any classified ads appearing the message
boards will be removed.


Be Courteous and Respectful

Do not post vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racial epithets,
harassing, abusive, hateful, libelous, expletives, derogatory or
defamatory words or phases, in any variation. The goal of Ford
Truck Enthusiasts, Inc. is to be a family friendly service and
such content undermines that goal.

Use of symbols or characters to mask profanity and expletives is
prohibited and undermines the spirit of these guidelines.
Example: #@)$#&!# is allowed, "*****" or "@ss" are not allowed.


Content

Post in the forum appropriate for your topic. Please do not
create excessive cross-posted messages.

While posting addresses of other web resources is encouraged,
please use the boards to post actual content. Excessive
references to other sites does not provide actual content and may
be considered promotion.

You agree not to register with and/or post knowingly false or
misleading information.

Do not post articles, pictures or other content that you do not
have permission to post from the copyright holder.

Your signature may contain only Ford related content and links to
personal web sites.

Your User Gallery may not infringe or violate the trademark,
copyright, trade secret, patent or intellectual property of
another party. The User Gallery vehicle listing is intended to
showcase Ford trucks, vans and suvs ONLY. Any photo not of your
Ford truck, suv or van must be hidden from the gallery list and
may only be used for message board postings and Club FTE web
sites. Use of the photo galleries for image storage for outside
web pages is prohibited.

User Uploaded Images

Do not upload images to your albums that you do not have
permission to display.

Images uploaded into the User Gallery must be Ford truck, SUV and
van related. The only exception are images used for avatars and
signatures in our boards and you must have the album set as
hidden for these types of images.

Do not upload photos of an adult or pornographic nature. Any
violation will result in immediate deactivation of your account
and removal of the image(s).


Registration and Posting

No children 13 years old or younger may participate or register
as a member of our forums.

You agree not to register with false or misleading information.
This will result in immediate and permanent revocation of posting
privileges. You must register using your real name.

We reserve the right to reveal your identity to involved parties
or to a legal authority in the event of legal action arising from
any message you post or complaints arising from violation of
these guidelines. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our
forums for any reason, with or without prior warning.

If your posting privileges are revoked any attempts on your part
to re-register using additional user ids and/or email addresses
will be considered harassment and trespass, resulting in contact
of your ISP and if neccessary, law enforcement authorities.
