my 99 f-150 odometer goes on and off --anyone else experience this and whats the fix

do a serch for (Odometer Blackout Problem Fixed!!! ) I had this problem with my 2001 f150 and this poste was exactly what was wrong and explaned how to fix hope this helps

you have a bad solder joint on the circuilt board behind the speedo. YOU can take the board out and resolder, or have someone else do the solding... look here
