Traction Bar Questions
I tried posting this in an old thread but didn't receive any responses. I have a 76 F-100 that has been lowered with the DJM kit. I tried installing the Lakewood LAK22026 Heavy Duty Universal Traction Bars. Summit told me they would work. Looks like the bolts are to short and the yoke area between the two mounting flanges is too short. The bolts are an easy enough fix, but the front flange lines up with the front side of the shackle.
Is there a fix that I'm missing? Anyone know of a bar that will fit this application?
