HELP NEEDED ASAP!! SHIFT ASSEMBLY
dropped the transmission today to replace a slave cylinder. everythings back together but now when i put the shift rod in the transmission and put the 3 bolts on, it goes side to side like its in neutral but will not hit into any gear and if i let out on the clutch, itl move because i possibly took the rod out in gear. NEED HELP ASAP!!

Thanks bud, it was a long night and i was tired and it was frustrating me so i wasnt tinki strait. I took the shift assembly out while it was in 5th gear so i put it in there as if it was in 5th gear and pulled it back and it alligned itself. Just a brain fart i guess, you know how it is when your workin on a truck all day and just wanna finish the job and little crap like this happens.
