Wiper problems

88 350 dually, wipers run real slow, like 1/4 speed and 1/2 speed on high, is it the motor or switch ?

It unbolts from under the dash, right ? What a pain in the ball sack job

you have to pull the cowl (6-7 screws), and unbolt the wiper motor (3 bolts IIRC), and undo the wiper arm linkage (1-2 bolts, and PITA)....

How are you getting that you have to go through the dash?

No, the cowl un bolts from under the hood....When you raise the hood, you will see little black screws going around it....And IIRC, theres 2 more on the top. between the wipers, recessed in....
