I have a 1999 F-150, 4.6 v6 and it will not start. Battery is good, alternater is putting out charge. All connections clean and good. When I go to start it, the accessories will come on but then when I go to turn the engine over it will kill all the dash lights and just make one click noise.
Is this a relay issue or what? It will do it randomly and not all the time. When it starts it will run great and have no other problems. This is getting frustrating though. Anyone else have this problem.
Do you have a battery light on the dash? Also, 4.6 v8 or 4.2 v6? when it does the clicking, does it fire up the next time you turn the key or do you jump it?
