motor problem

I have a truck with oil on the drivers side front plug. is it bad or small cheap fix?

I would check for a valve cover gasket that needs to be replaced or at least check to see if the bolts are tight.

cover gaskets are good. any other stupid little things to check or is it time to pull the motor?

What engine is it ? Kinda hard to visualize what the problem is with out more information. Of course if you are looking for a excuse to pull the engine ,then go for it.

How well does it run,missing,ect ? Is that cylinder working or is it a dead cylinder ? If it's not working,check the part of the plug that is in the engine to see if it's oily there. If it's oily ,then you have more problems than a minor oil leak . Good luck, JIM
