np203 to ford E4OD

Can i put a 78 np203 on an e4od, i thought i read some where that you can, but i am not sure.

Are you going to use the 203 for a doubler setup? If not, get rid of that full time piece of crap and install a 205! increase in fuel economy too.

I have a 78 that was a full time, my dad bought it new. Put a part time kit in it a few years later. I was just thinking about putting a good used e4od in the truck and have over-drive...but after getting a good working tranny and shortening the driveshaft, new flexplate etc. I can get the c6 built for power and cheaper, so im staying with the c6 now.

203 is a cast iron boat anchor with a lousy low range!
Well, that pretty much describes the 205 as well, but at least it's all gear drive and it's part time 4WD.
