I am using a 79 F250 frame for my build that looks to have had a married T-Case in it before I got it. I plan to use a NP435 4-Speed and a Divorced NP205 T-Case, that I already have, for this build. I have had a hard time locating a crossmember for the divorced NP205, but have found a few for a NP203.
Can I use a crossmember for a NP203 to mount my NP205, or are they too different?
What other years of trucks crosmembers will work?
I did a bunch of searching and reading, but did not find my answers.
Thanks for any help.
I have one out of a 75 but I'm pretty sure your frame is wider. Your frame should get wider behind the cab. If you can use it let me know.

Are you in my area or in the Lower 48. I live in Alaska and the price to ship one of these would make it pretty expensive. I can make a custom crossmember if needed, I was just trying to avoid it if I could. Thanks for the offer though.
Hold on, after looking at 73f250's pic mine is going to be a bit different. Mine will not have the arch in it. Mine is pretty much straight across although it held a 205.
crossmember for divorced 203 and 205 are the same, its the brackets that attach it to the crossmember that are different
Thanks for confirming it for me. It makes my search locally a lot easier. I am trying to locate a parts truck that already has the cab removed. Those rivets are a pain when you can't get at them.
Was working on the truck this morning and realized my mistake. I will no longer speak unless I know!!! what I'm talking about.
I probably wont be speaking much.
No sweat man. I think we are all here to learn and sometimes be able to lend a hand when we can. I am definately no exception. This is my first major 4x4 build and certianly the first time I have played mix and match on drivetrain parts. I am slowly getting parts together and should be close to jumping into it in about six weeks. Thanks for the thought and trying to help.
We built a skid mount for it, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if something already exists.
I'm not clear if your looking for the whole metal plate or what. This kit includes (4) upper and (4) lower insulators plus metal washers and comes in either red or black.
