EGR? Urgent?

The whole point of the EGR is to reduce combustion temps, therefore reducing NOX. As long as the vacuum line is connected, you shouldn't get codes from it. I know people without emissions tests run without EGR, but it really won't matter either way. Chances are there's too much carbon built up to make a difference, even with the EGR connected
