gears?

Has anyone here ever done their own gear setup? I have never paid to have work done on any car I have owned and it is pissing me off to think I might have to pay a shop to have gears done. I don't want to screw them up by trying to do them myself but I know that some people have done them without a problem.

Basically I am looking for someone that has done gears before and could help me out. If not a good cheap place to have them done is appreciated.

Thanks and enjoy the nice weather,
Tim

gears?

Hey Tim, I've done a "couple" of 9" gear sets on my own stuff. Besides the technical aspects, it's almost an art to read the gear pattern. What have you got and what are you trying to accomplish?
PM me if you want.
Greg
