NNED HELP! 1999 ford f250 v8 5.4

So i have a question about my truck. I was driving it today and all of a sudden it started to skipp. I have had the truck for 1 year now and mileage is roughly 151000. Never had any problems with it what so ever. I looked under the hood to see if any of the hoses were disconnected for vacuum leak..nothing there..I also let truck run for 45 mins and looked underneath to see if Cadillac converter was hot. that's not the problem either. I put dry gas in it thinking i might have got some water but thats def not it.It seems to skip while idling and now its skipping when you accelerate and also skipping when you let ur foot off gas to slow down.It doesn't stall.I also took and cleaned throttle body and everything around it. No check engine light is on either. I also ran the computer for any codes and nothing came up! Im completely puzzled.Im not sure when the plugs and ignition coil was changed so im calling previous owner today to get more details.Any help??

Plugs and coils (you have 8 of them, called COPS or Coil On Plugs).

Most likely you have one bad COP, but you might as well change out the plugs and consider 8 new COPS.

...also change the rubber boots over the plugs.

You have a catalytic converter. I know the tendency to make a Cadillac into a convertible by running them over. LOL.

Is the vacuum hose to the Pressure Regulator on the fuel rail (driver's side) connected? Mine broke and fixing it appears to have corrected the problem that I was having.
