Sct info
Hello fte. Can any body give me any instructions on the new sct fitting kit from ford I am a little confused about kit and the plate used for alignment and the bolts that came with the kit,also any info for me to do the whole job would be great thanks

I just upgraded my STC fitting and there are some pictures of the old push together fitting as well as the new one. The plate and nylon bolts are used to properly align the new fitting. while you tighten it down before reinstalling the HPOP. Hope it helps.

Thanks, great pics where would u recommend I get a service manual there's a lot coming off engine and I just want to have proper info at had just in case of a brain fart

Also just have to ask about standpipes and dummy plugs anything important that I should know about doing them or are they self explanatory p.s. Gorgeous trucks mine is 06 also probably going with Bpd egr cooler while in this deep thanks

I got my service manual on Ebay. Kinda pricey but if you're going to work on your own truck, well worth the $. This site is invaluable if you're working on your own truck. If you're just doing the STC, you won't have to get into the high pressure oil rail or the stand pipes.

I ll check eBay for manual I really need one since I do most work myself now. I bought standpipes anyway for a just in case situation since Its easy with most stuff out of the way, trying to get that same feeling of confidence back after string of problems I love my truck to much to have that " I HOPE we get there" feeling

Good evening fte, is there any type of alignment of Hpop when I go to remove and reinstall pump (marking compound or such) to check gear mesh or does the pump bolt in place with no need to worry thanks
