Adjustable Ball Mount

How many of you guys use the DT adjustable ball mount? I just ordered up the 6" drop/7" rise. Have you been happy with it?

what is a good hitch to buy. (adjustable one) I am picking up a 28ft trailer this weekend and I need a good hitch for my truck. 08 SD
thanks any help with this would be great, as I am pressed for time and need one really fast.
