sounds good for MPG, I did look it up the EDGE has about 60,450 or some thing like that.
the thing is I have wanted a new f-150 for some time now and since i got a different job, she said I could look into getting a new truck and we are moving now for the job and will be renting for a while until we buy a house. Its "HER" car that we are selling so do i be a nice husband and give her the edge or something like that and me keep my ranger or should i give her the ranger and me the new f150.
It was going to be the f150 but since its her car we are selling..........???
thanks guys
I subscribe to the policy of "when mama is happy, everyone is happy" and would consider getting an Edge for your wife.
Another reason I'd lean toward putting your wife into an Edge over an older Ranger is that I believe the Edge would be far safer in any kind of accident--I assume they have side and curtain airbags, etc, and are a far newer and more crashworthy design than the relatively prehistoric Ranger. I like to have my wife driving the safest possible vehicle in the event that anything ever happens on the road--and with all the distracted drivers out there, there is a lot of potential danger.
Yes i can see the factor of safety of the EDGE.
Still working on moving, and havent asked the mother-in law on the wifes car being sold yet or not. I will ask this weekend.
well........sounds like they are not going to buy my wifes car..which is ok i guess since that means i can get a new F-150. But leaves the wife without a 4x4 in the winter.
OR maybe i should trade in her car on the truck? instead of my ranger? I guess i better wait till we find out where she will be working.
