It really comes down to Use, and how much power you really want/need. And what engine does it for you. They are all great engines! I opted for the Ecoboost which I have been driving for 3 days. And in those 3 days it has coinvinced me I made the right decision. It will be pulling my Travel Trailer around as well as normal stuff. I opted for the max tow because of that. I test drove the 5.0 and that was nothing short of a sweet motor. I wanted the max tow though and it was not an option. The Ecoboost definitly has a huge advantage in the torque area over the 5.0 and 3.7. It has major torque. Honestly My father in law has a f350 with the 7.3 diesel and the Eco seems to have similar torque. I will know in a couple months though when I hook up the trailer.
