Best oil for ZF 5-speed

Gonna change the oil in my tranny. What are some of the best options?

I have been using Royal Purple Syncromax for a couple months and few thousand miles. So far I think it is an improvemnet over atf.

Royal Purple, Amsoil, and a few other makers are selling MTF (Manual Transmission Fluid) that is likely to be better than ATF. Just make sure you get the one with the right weight.
