auto tranny lurching into drive

auto tranny lurching into drive
this may be a common problem as i have driven older trucks and they did the same thing.
basically, when i shift into drive from park, the truck lurches forward, and the same with reverse.
it does idle high, plan to adjust this weekend, but i'm wondering if the motor/ tranny mount might have something to do with it.
other than that it drives great.
