disc conversion with a twist

So I'm looking at a kit from master power to convert to discs up front on my 69 ranger, which has P.B yet online says will not work on truck if it is power brakes. Could anyone shed some light as to why this might be? Thanks.

F-100 or F-250? Up until 1982, Ranger was a trim level, not a vehicle.

I would guess there is another kit for the ones that had power drums... Is the kit you are looking at for power or non-power disk brakes? What is the kit number?
