HELP !! 1987 F150 Front End PROBLEMS

I just bought a new BABY well i am working on the 4x4 part and those crummy two piece hubs are put togther differnt and i talk to a few people and know one has any idea how there supose be put togther ? they are two piece ! I was told 87,88 are screw up years for that axle !! can i confert it a solid or do i have leave indapendent ? Or do i go up 2 years and look at puttin that kind front end in PLEASE HELP !! I am up in Alaska so parts are not cheap for any of my Babies i only buy and drive FORDS ANY HELP WILL BE HELPFULL !!

ANY EXEPLODED VIEWS WOULD BE GREAT !

I think you could find the 89-up axle and switch the spindles and axles and hubs to yours maybe? I have the two piece hubs but ive never had the privlage to take them apart
