Will 40's fit?

I have an 8" fabtech on my truck currently. Its time for new tires, and personally, from the side, my 37's look rather small. 40's would look perfect, but im afraid they wont fit. I dont mind modifying the front bumper to fit them. Just curious if maybe its been done already?

yea they will fit. have a buddy that has 46's on his. had to put 2" spacers on his though and they still rub. the 40's he had before with a 10" lift rubbed a bit but the offset on the wheels wasnt much. as long as you have a good offset on the wheels you should be fine if not buy spacers and you will be good to go

I forgot about the front spacers. That would help alot. How would I get more lift out of the back... add a 2" block?
