I have the same issue at both corners. I was advised on FTE when I asked that the OEM rubber mounts break down and collapse also. You can look at your core support mounts and see how the rubber breaks apart. Cab mounts do the same thing. Poly mounts are cheap compared to OEM rubber but I was told you will feel it in the cab due to the harshness of the poly mounts. Mine are off a 1/2 inch from the bed. I am going to pull my bed for some other mods/maintenance and may shim my cab back up to equal the bed lines.
X2 on that, Id check the rubber mounts, its easy to do.
