Sync sucks
I know this has been hashed out before but I though I do it again. My would not receive voice commands so I tried to down load the latest version and that would say no media found when I tried to use the USB. So I unplugged the fuse( number in the fuse box) and now it receives voice commands. This is ongoing issue I been having. What can the dealer do for it? They act like nothing is wrong. Sync is a good idea but they should have a way to upgrade downloads over the air or phone.

Is the USB drive formatted FAT32? Is it empty?
What browser are you using? Did you accept the security notice when the download first started?
Have you read through the owner-to-owner posts?
Have you contacted the Sync Support Team? Have you tried the on-line chat?
