2015 Navigation Issue
Been using the voice commands with my 2015 F150 My Ford Touch Navigation. The system understands my voice very well and usually doesn't have a problem picking up any commands. With that said, it does not recognize any of the POI categories when using the navigation prompts. Here is the basic path I would take.
press voice prompt
Navigation
POI
Near by
Category
at this point, a full list of categories comes up
no matter what category I choose, the system does not recognize what I am saying
on top of that, the touch screen does not accept the input either
For those of you with this system, can you try out this sequence and see if your system picks up the category requested? If you do have the same problem and have had it rectified, what was the solution?
