Weekend Projects and Message for Clay!

I'm at work yesterday and my wife called me and said "Another box came in the mail today with that DAMN yellow tape on it" I said "Awesome!" came home today and it was my OCR and International CPS. After putting another Ford one in last weekend I decided to tackle the OCR first. What a piece of cake to put on. The only bump in the road was the factory hose is a touch thicker than the one on Clay's OCR. Not a problem, just remember to close up the spring clip a little with a pair of channel locks. Took all of 10 minutes to install and it looks like a quality piece of equipment.

Now onto the CPS..... A few neighbors see the hood up again and come over to "see what I'm up to now" AKA Drink my beer...

I slide under the truck and look up and see an oily mess!!! What the heck is going on? I just changed a CPS last weekend and it was completely clean under there. So I scratch my head and grab the wrench. I pulled out the old new CPS and there is my answer. I sheared off a third of the o-ring when I installed the sensor last week. I carefully installed the new International one and a can of engine cleaner later we are back to spotless!

Now a note for Clay, I know there has been discussion about the banner on the website and now the tape on the boxes.... This is my proposal:

Make the banner on the webpage read "How to be a better husband" and the same for the tape on the boxes!!! Or start offering a discrete packaging option like for adult diapers or something!!!! For God's sake get away from the yellow, it sinking our ships!!! LOL

Preach it brother! Clay is gonna have to start offering marriage counseling if he's not careful. Hey, that sounds like a pretty great idea if I do say so. Ma'am, everything your husband is doing is to improve the vehicle comfort and quality of transportation for you. He wants only the best for you and will accept no substitute when it comes to your safety and comfort. Please try to be a little more accommodating for your husband as he is truly only in this for you.

Another way to keep your marriage intact through all these spending spree's is go to RRE-11 and meet Clay and his wife, great folks and I'll bet almost 98% your wife will say, 'O, ok, thats from Clay".. Its been awhile since I ordered but anytime after we met the Note family at RRE-09 everythings been pleasant here when packages arrived. Congrats on the OCR, it helped me.

Its a trip but its a trip you and your family will never forget, and I mean that. Great times indeed. Thats some pretty good boost, I peg my boost needle at 30 psi's with my 38R, shoulda gotten a 40 PSI gauge.

Good to hear, and a great example of why we pioneered using that regulator design. Reliable every time and no worry of adjustment issues.
