I have this going on also. When it started, it was only noticeable when I would get off the throttle around 40. Over the course of the last year it has gotten increasingly louder. Sounds like driving over small rumble strips in the road. I can now feel it in the steering wheel. I always thought it was a wheel bearing job slowly creeping up on me. I am having the wheel bearings checked next time it is in for service.
Certain transmission problems will make one shake between 35 and 45..I put on new tires, new carrier bearing, new custom built driveline with spicer u joints, new gears in rear diff and I still have a slight shake at 35 to 45ish...

Mine was doing this recently. Turned out to be a bad ujoint by the rear axle. Locked solid one direction.

Just found out my noise is from a wheel bearing, the "non-serviceable" one.
Well guys sorry I haven't posted till now. Got busy before the trip and found out that my tire gauge was bad that I use to fill my air bags with. I had 55ish psi in the bags. lowered the bags to 30 for pulling the fifth wheel and it seemed to go away. Must of had to much of an angle for the drive line. Does this sound possible? Had a great trip to speedway and back with no problems. Even got 12 mpg pulling 10,000 pounds doing 65mph.
I had a similar issue with mine. My Trucked dropped 2.5" when I dropped on the camper and pumped up the bags to reclaim that distance then I got a shutter. But only when taking off from a stop, so I lowered my pressure and the shutter went away..
