I am trying to learn how to use my AE and here is what i have....
Codes P1832 transfer case diff lock-up soleniod circut failure???
KOEO---P0605 internal controll module read only memory (rom) error????
the truck is running fine and i haven't tried 4wd yet to see if it is still working...I did clear the codes and they keep coming back..
are these codes something to be concerened about???i would still like to get rid of them...
Prolly not what you want to see, but if everything work alright I would ignore it for now.
Here are the diagnostics for P0605
DTC P0605 exists only when there has been an internal failure of the powertrain control module (PCM).
Rerun Scan Tool Diagnostic Test. If you get code again, replace PCM.
On P1832, check the solenoid resistance, Attached is the manual for it!

Reason: Added the manual link
I also think I've heard that the P0605 can pop up due to a tuner being used... the DP-Tuner I've heard will do this. If so, then just ignore it. Am I right fellas? The OP has a DP-Tuner...
Oh, and I only get KAM error when I have to cut the power off from the truck or I got the batteries too low.
I wouldn't know anything about the solenoid... mine's all manual! My Dad's '08 does the same thing. It might just be a stupid design. I'm no fan of the "shift-on-the-fly" 4x4 setup that Ford's made. My Dad has had to do a manual override on his 4x4 in his '08 so I'm still not thrilled with it. Just my $.02, though...
Thanks everyone, will the 1832 have anything to do with waren manual hubs??also, i did the HPOP test from Kens site, just dont understand the numbers..I cant get it to post here (excel doc .csv) ????so what am i looking at??

It is a P0603 that comes up after installing a tuner. It gets associated with the tuner but is really due to the fact that when you pull the PCM it looses power. The 0603 will also set when the batts are disconnected which, of course, removes power from the PCM. It also needs to be cleared via KAM reset.
P0603 - PCED - Internal control module KAM error - Open PCM pin, disconnect B+, faulty PCM

Did you disable the solenoid or just swap the hubs?

Robin, I did have the batterys out I will clear it in KAM and see if it comes back...The truck runs good as ever....thanks for the information
Joey, Here is your data cleaned up to make is easier to read. I removed most of the times.
Here is a graph of your HPO showing the data against RPM. The percent numbers are based of the right axis of the graph, while RPM and Pressure are off the left axis. Information is based on the data above.
You can see that you peaked out at 3690 PSI of ICP, at the same time you were seeing roughly 49% duty cycle. That is mostly because you were hard on it, and letting off the go pedal. Good numbers for PSI though.
Here is the data in raw form (cleaned up and formatted to be easier to read.
