You need to first determine if fuel is even getting to the injectors. When you first turn the key to the "on" position, can you hear the pump energize for a couple of seconds ? If so, under the hood, running around the top of all the injectors is the fuel supply rail. In that rail, usually on the passenger side, is a valve with a plastic cap ( like a tire valve). Depress that center plunger and check for a squirt of gas. None there ? In the fuse block on the drivers side, above the inner fender, check the fuel pump fuse, I think it's a yellow 20. I can check that on mine tomorrow). No blown fuses there, check the relays, they are black, and sort of square looking. Your owners manual will tell you which one. Pull that out, shake it a little. Sometimes with a failure there are loose parts inside. If it sounds good, switch it with one of the others, and see if the pump will run. If the pump runs, and the truck still won't start, change the fuel filter ( drivers side about straight under the seat, tucked up in the frame above a cross member).
