Yes it will fit. Are you going with the 05 headlights too?
If you search long enough, there are threads here or up in the super duty section with photos showing how to do it. Basically you'll need to trim a little off the bottom of the grill. Put some tape on the grill and cut through the tape to keep it clean looking. Then you'll have to zip tie the bottom of the grill in place instead of using the little push lock fittings. The screw holes on top should line up the same. If you find an 05 bumper, then no trimming is required. It's all about the drop in the center of the bumper that makes us need to trim it a little.

Yes the grill will fit with some trimming on the bottom. The top four screws line up and I didnt use anything on the bottom to secure and it has been fine for almost two years now although some guys have secured the bottom with zipties or little screws. I don't have any pics of the trimming part but here is one of it finished.
