I did some looking around on the internet,. I only found 2 companies that make something for the 05 Excursion. That was Smittybilt and Precision Grilles. There may be others. You might try in the Excursion forum. Maybe someone there has an idea. I saw others that would fit the 04, but don't know if they would fit the 05. That other was Carriage Works.
