Will the Ranger make the Trip?
Goal is to take the Ranger from a all apart status scattered around the trailer and shop's and storage sheds to a running and driving very dependable daily driver all after 11 yrs of sitting or running/driving. As everyone knows it always takes longer than one thinks. I was quoted 1500.00 to move truck to its new destination in Arizona and figured to make it driveable and to be all together to save time and $$ in the long run would be much better. Problem is once I started the engine/trans and underhood detail it was hard to stop mid-way.

No! No! No! Say it aint so.
I'm very glad no one was hurt or worse.
Your pride can heal.
Anything salvageable? Even though we as "Slick" owners are tough bunch of hombres, speaking for myself, I just shed a tear, uncontrollably mind you. I feal for you.
When I visit wrecking yards and I see a wrecked "slick" I get this knot in my stomach. Then as I look closer at the wreck which was once a feared beast on the road, I see a headlight flicker, (maybe just in my mind) and I know I must save all the organs/parts I can so another can live.
It is a sad day indeed.
