"The Dodge boys over there are a very insecure bunch. Any other brand post
brings them out in droves. They must be suicidal today after hearing Ford
made 2.6 billion and GM made 130 billion and Chrysler lost 170 million. I guess
if I had a well respected engine I would crow but they ultimately must realize
the truck wrapped around it is a POS. They get impatient with me because I
fight back with facts and personal experience. They fight with anecdotal and
wrong information. I will admit that it is getting old."
...actually one of my less than well worded posts...I rarely lower myself to their level by actually defaming the truck...I must have been a little peeved that day...I set the place on fire over there one day by saying " they have a very good engine in an average truck". The resident Dodge cheerleader totally lost it. I thought I was being both truthful and nice...
I always appreciate Rick's posts and glad to have you here, Rick.
And you're welcome to join in on that transmission issue topic anytime you want!
For the blocking of websites, we sysadmin's do it for a reason because someone will end up with Anti-spyware 2010 fake antivirus from facebook ads even without install permissions and real AV.
It's always fun when we get a call about someone having difficulty sending a 50 MB e-mail full of baby pictures to 25 people and then the arguement they wouldn't have to if Facebook worked...lol.
We get tired of hearing about it but it's for their own good. Haha.
I have always appreciated your posts, both here and on the rv.net site.
I agree this is one of the most civil forums around and hope it stays that way.
I am nursing my 04 6.0 until I order in late summer. Have only had to do the EGR but that was bad enough. Currently has a groaning noise in the front at slow speeds and they say they can't find anything. anyway, knock on wood, hoping nothing else goes wrong before the trade.
